for nine years with Hillel: The Foundation for
Jewish Campus Life. As the Director of
Development and Special Assistant to the
President, Matt's responsibilities included
working closely with the lay leadership,
leading strategic planning efforts, crafting
Hillel's message to various constituents, and
representing the organization with key
supporters. He also played a leadership role in
creating, implementing and overseeing Hillel's
national and local development campaigns.
Matt holds a degree in Human Services
and Judaic Studies from George Washington
University, where he served as President of
GW Hillel. He also holds an M.A. in Higher
Education Administration.
Matt grew up in Cheshire, a small town in
central Connecticut. It was here, as a mem-
ber of a Jewish high school youth group,
that he began his
Jewish journey
and solidified his
commitment to
Jewish youth and
to the future of
the Jewish
people.
Parents,
alumni, and
supporters of
BBYO are invited
to attend.
