SYLVIA A. SEGEL, age 82, of Ann

Arbor, died . May 16, 2004. A social
worker for Child and Family Service
of Washtenaw, she received her mas-
ter's degree in social work from
University of Michigan. She was also a
life member of Women's American
ORT, a member of Congregation' Beth
Israel and Hadassah. She taught
English at International Neighbors
and volunteered at the Ann Arbor Art
Center.
Mrs. Segel is survived by her hus-
band, Leonard Segel of Ann Arbor;
daughters and sons-in-law, Judy and
Philip Benedict and Micki Segel and
Larry Sapadin; son, Larry Segel;
grandchildren, Lauryn and Lily
Benedict and Ben Sapadin.
Interment at Congregation Beth
