Dinner Honors Brothers

As the signature event of the
American Cancer Society, Relay
for Life is a 24 hour celebration of
life for cancer survivors, a
memorial for loved ones lost and a
rally for the community to fight
cancer.

EVERYONE IS WELCOME!!!

Join us at the West Bloomfield High
School from 10:00 a.m. on Saturday,
June 11 - 10:00 a.m. on Sunday, June 12
or one of over 30 other locations here
in Southeast Michigan. You can walk
in the cancer survivor's victory lap,
purchase a luminaria in honor of
someone who has battled cancer,
make a donation, or simply join us in
walking some laps.

Keter Torah Synagogue will honor
Albert, Isaac and David Ben-Ezra
Wednesday, June 23, at a synagogue
dinner at the Jewish Community
Center in West Bloomfield. The recep-
tion will begin at 6 p.m.; dinner will
follow at 7 p.m.
The Ben-Ezra brothers have been
active with the Sephardic Community
of Greater Detroit for many years.
They own Weatherguard Windows and
Empire Doors & Windows.
Yoel Sharabi will entertain with
modern Israeli, classic Yemenite and
popular Chasidic melodies. He is also a
guitarist, plays the dumbek and flutes.
Honorary chairs for the event are
Shelley and Joel Tauber. Dinner co-
chairs are Suzi Benaderet, Pamela
David and Marcia Harris. Katie
Marcus is tribute journal chair.
