He was a physician, receiving his degree in osteopathic medicine from the Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1960. Dr. Berg obtained a doctor of hyp- nosis degree from the Medical Hypnosis Training Center in California. He was a member of the American Institute of Hypnosis and a fellow of the American College of Medical Hypnotists, a member of the American Institute of Hypnosis, the International Society for Professional Hypnosis, Michigan Association of Professional Hypnosis and the Society of Medical Hypnoalalysts. He was a board certi- fied specialist in hypnoanalysis, hyp- nosis and psychiatry. He also obtained a doctor of psychology degree. - In addition, Dr. Berg was a licensed massage therapist, instructor of anatomy and physiology, massage therapy and hydrotherapy. JEANNETTE BURDICK, 90, of Aventura, Fla., died April 27, 2004. For 30 years, she was a teacher in Detroit and most recently a docent at the Detroit Institute of Arts. He was also a board member and past president of the National Book Council in New York, member and past officer of B'nai Zion International in New York and a member and past officer of the American Zionist Movement.
