She is also the granddaugh- ter of the late Hyman Shebowich. Brittney is an honor student at Norup Middle School in Oak Park. As part of her mitz- vah projects, she vis- ited seniors at American House with her Hebrew school class. She also volun- teered at Yad Ezra in Berkley and will continue her mitzvahs by collecting non-perishable food items at her party to give to the food pantry. She felt her most meaningful mitzvah project was planning a party for children at the Pontiac Rescue Mission Center. She also helped at an area soup kitchen and at Yad Ezra in Berkley.
