he Young Adult Division of Women's American ORT Michigan
Region held its second annual brunch at the Townsend Hotel in
Birmingham. The brunch raised funds to help ORT's global net-
work of 800 vocational and
technological schools. Ninety patrons
attended the event.
Patti Aaron, national ORT vice president,
delivered an educational speech about
ORT's dedication to providing academic, .
vocational, spiritual and physical assistance
to nearly 300,000 ORT students in 60
countries.
She also urged the entire community to
Nicole Kovacs and Karin Sherman
visit the new Hermelin ORT Center at the
Jewish Community Center in West
Bloomfield.
Featured speaker Dr. Lynda Giles, a
clinical psychologist, discussed the won-
ders and difficulties in love relationships.
An enthusiastic question-and-answer
period followed.
Event chairs Nicole Eisenberg and
Laura Gorosh, along with associate
chairs, Nicole Kovacs and Lisa Brown,
organized the event. Some of the spon-
sors included included Neiman Marcus,
110 Couture in Birmingham and Dr.
Michael Gray of Michigan Cosmetic
