The Women's Department Director will:
• Oversee day-to-day operations and help plan and execute
a $5.5 Million Annual Campaign and implement outreach programs
to cultivate and connect women in the community with Federation;
• Work closely with the Department's Board of Directors and
Executive Committee;
• Serve on the Campaign and Community Development
Management Team;

• Manage lay and staff resources for both Women and
Campaign Departments.
The successful candidate will possess:
• A minimum of 4 years of management experience in financial
resource development and/or program development;

• Proven strong inter-personal, verbal and written communication,
presentation, and supervisory skills;
• Ability to work effectively with all levels of lay and professional

• Comfortable with donor solicitation and effective closing;
• Leadership qualities include a passion for excellence, strategic vision,
and diplomacy;
• Be a team player that engenders confidence and integrity;
• Ability to articulate Federation's values and goals with a

• Ability to juggle many projects simultaneously and prioritize
workload efficiently;
