Congregation B'nai Moshe will hold
its annual Cantor's Concert at 7 p.m.
Sunday, March 14, featuring Cantor
Earl Berris with the Zamir Chorale of
Metropolitan Detroit (directed by Ben
Cohen) and the Klezmaniacs.
B'nai Moshe member Zach
Mondrow, who will soon be entering
the Conservative movement's
Cantorial School of Music in New
York City, will be the soloist for three
selections.
The Klezmaniacs includes Ed
Chudnow on percussion, Joe Grekin

on trombone, Ken Kirshenbaum on
clarinet, Barbara Maxwell on tuba,
Adat Shalom Synagogue Rabbi Daniel
Nevins on drums, Steven Rabinovitz
on trumpet, Mark Sinkoff on guitar
and mandolin and Dan Weiner on
clarinet. The group came together in
2003 as an informal fun activity and
has developed into a regularly per-
forming ensemble.
There is no general admittance
charge. Patron front-section seating is
