Jewish Community Centers are helping young moth-
ers and young infants exercise togther.
Run by Mommy & Baby Fitness' Cheryl Ishakis,
the classes feature 45 minutes of post-natal exercises for moms
— from low-impact, total body conditioning to Mombo (kick-
boxercise) — 30 minutes of infant stimulation and a group dis-
cussion of parenting or baby-related topics.
