Israel's under-construction security
barrier -- being challenged in courts
in Israel and Europe — is often
shown by the media as a high,
imposing wall that diminishes the
biblical landscape. The facts are quite
different.

BEE ND THE ISSUE
In this media age, the most striking
imagery is often chosen to tell a
story. In reality, only 21 kilometers of
the estimated 600-kilometer security
barrier will be a concrete wall; the
remainder will be a high-tech fence.

Council of Metropolitan Detroit
