Mrs. Beitman is survived by her husband, Dr. Max Beitman; daughter and son-in-law, Shirley and Newton Bernstein of Bloomfield Hills; son and daughter-in-law, Dr. Robert and Keri Beitman of Bloomfield Hills; grandchildren, James and Amy Bernstein, Julie and Dr. Steven Brown, Haley and Carley Beitman, Jordyn Abrams, Kathryn Hecker; great-grandchildren, Lily and Carlie Bernstein, Donovan and Camryn Brown; sisters and brother-in-law, Golda and Harry Weber of Farmington Hills, Ruth Myers of Southfield. She was the dear sister of the late Ben Zack, the late Betty Margolis, the late Bernard Zack and the late Joseph Zack. Interment at Clover Hill Park Cemetery.
