We Get Questions

Q: My husband and I are traveling abroad
for about three weeks. My mother is very frail,
although not in imminent danger. Should
something happen, however, while we are away,
how long can her body be held prior to burial?

A:

As long as it takes you to return. With
modern day refrigeration, we can keep her
as long as needed for you to get back safely.
