Microheat's Tier One status with GM
effectively gives them the same relation-
ship with other vehicle manufacturers.
Microheat is actively developing its
potential in the automotive aftermarket,
especially in cold climates such as North
America and Western Europe.
However, HotShot has also proven
effective in removing bugs from wind-
shields, which makes it a desirable prod-
uct even in warmer climates. Microheat
plans to launch infomercials to reach
the North American original equipment
manufacturers and the consumers mar-
ket for the Christmas season. The device
can be easily installed in any vehicle.
Most importantly, Franco believes
that with $1 billion in orders plus after-
market sales, Microheat will qualify for
an initial public stock offering. His next
step in that process is to hire an invest-
ment banking firm, a move he hopes to
make by the end of the year. ❑
