We recently lost two friends younger than 40,
one to illness and the other because of an accident.
My children are petrified that something is going
to happen to us. How can I assure them we're fine?

A:

When it comes to health issues, make sure
you and your husband have regular.physicals and
assure your children your health is fine. Let them
know you are doing everything you can to remain
healthy. Unfortunately, accidents are rate, but
they can happen.
