Raise heat, bring the mixture to a boil again, reduce heat and simmer the meatballs for one hour. Keep hot until ready to serve. Makes 8 servings, or if more served with other appetizers. FRUIT-AND-NUT TURKEY SALAD For variety, add 2 tablespoons curry powder to the salad.
