ebecca Lynn Karp and
Matthew David Zusel were
recently married at
Congregation Shaarey Zedek
Southfield. Rabbi Jonathan Berkun
officiated.
Rebecca is the daughter of Dr.
Martin and Deborah Karp of West
Bloomfield. Matthew is the son of
Jerry and Cindy Zusel of
Lincolnshire, Ill.
Erica Karp, sister of the bride, was
the maid of honor. Bridesmaids
included Dina Zusel, sister-in-law of
the groom, Lindsay Rubin, Lauren
Shapiro, Emily Nemeth and Heather
Siegel.
Judd Zusel, brother of the groom,
was the best man. Groomsmen
included Craig Cotton and Kevin
Logan, cousins of the groom,
Michael Reiter, Ryan Rowen and
Jonathan Plous. Other participants
in the ceremony were Rebecca's
nieces Jessica Wasserman and Jamie
Sacks as junior bridesmaids and
Brooke Wasserman as the flower
girl.
The family was thrilled to have all
of the Karp siblings and their chil-
dren as part of the ceremony. The
-
couple were also honored to have
grandmothers Rose Bohm, Shirley
Zusel and Shirley Seiff as partici-
pants.
Rebecca and Matthew enjoyed a
honeymoon in Hawaii and reside in
Michigan.
