JARC Achieves Accreditation JARC, a provider of community-based residential services for people with developmental disabilities, has received the highest accreditation from CARF, an international accrediting body. The new three-year accreditation is the sec- ond consecutive one JARC has received from CARE JARC operates 20 homes and a vari- ety of supported living programs in Oakland County for adults with devel- opmental disabilities and serves 300 families who have a family member with a disability living at home.
