160th Anniversary

B'rith Presents will cablecast highlights of
the Great Lakes Region's 160th anniver-
sary celebration at Adat Shalom Synagogue.
The dinner dance featured a presenta-
tion by Gregory G. Roberts, represent-
ing Michigan Gov. Jennifer Granholm's
office, proclaiming September 2003 as
"B'nai B'rith Month" in Michigan.

Hadassah Sets
Rummage Sale

The Greater Detroit Chapter of
Hadassah will host its annual rummage
sale at the Sarah and Ralph Davidson
Hadassah House, 5030 Orchard Lake
Road, West Bloomfield, Nov. 12-14
and 16.
The sale will run from 9 a.m.-5 p.m.
Wednesday and Thursday; 9 a.m.-3
p.m. Friday. Bag day will be Sunday,
Nov. 16, 9 a.m.-2 p.m.
Gently used clothing, toys, books and
household good will be for sale.
Proceeds will help fund Hadassah's
health care, educational and social pro-
