Dr. Jeffrey A. Betman has relocated
his psychology practice to
Quakertown Office and Medical
Center, 27650 Farmington Road,

324-9094. He is a licensed psycholo-
gist, specializing in therapy and test-
ing for children, teens and adults.

Norbert Reinstein of Oak Park
received a service recognition from
the Wayne State University
Department of Community
Medicine in Detroit. He taught grad-
uate courses at the department for 30
years. The award cites Reinstein as a
preeminent health professional and
health historian who gave three
decades of outstanding service to the
Detroit community and WSU.

Two members of the Jewish commu-
nity were honored by the Detroit-
based Barbara Ann Karmanos Cancer
Institute with Heroes of Breast
Cancer awards for commitment to
breast cancer education, research,
promotion of breast cancer awareness
through early detection, treatment
and survivorship. They are: Eunice
Ring of Franklin, philanthropy
award; Rosalind Lullove Cooperman
of Farmington Hills, media award.

Dr. Kevan Kreitman of Farmington
Hills received the Shining Star award
from the Michigan Podiatric Medical
Association. He is a diplomate of the
American Board of Podiatric Surgery
and a fellow of the American College
of Foot and Ankle Surgeons with
practices in Roseville and
Chesterfield Township;

Dr. Danny Benjamin of West
Bloomfield was named Physician of
the Year by Huron Valley-Sinai
Hospital for exemplary service to the
hospital and community.

Dr. Daniel S. Gordon, formerly of
the Levine Chiropractic clinic, has
opened a new practice, Gordon
Chiropractic, on the corner of Cooley
Lake and Williams Lake roads in the
Union Lake area. He specializes in the
treatment of musculoskeletal and disc-
related conditions.

Dr. Richard Rubinstein of
Commerce Township was awarded a
fellowship in the American College
of Dentists. He is a member of the

American Dental
Association and
the American
Association of
Endodontists. He
is also a member
of the Michigan
Dental
Association and
the Michigan
Association of
Endodontists, of
which he is a past pr esident. He prac-
tices endodontics in Farmington Hills.
