COVER STORY
T
page 62
he lengthy story on page 16 which
details Ford Foundation funding of
Palestinian proponents is a strong
indictment of philanthropy gone awry.
Million of dollars yearly are funneled to bla-
tantly biased organizations who promote the
Palestinian cause through anti-Semitic pander-
ing. And it's all in the name of human rights.
Edwin Black of the Jewish Telegraphic
Agency provides a detailed accounting of how
the Palestinians — with the knowing assistance
of the independent Ford Foundation — turned
the United Nations World Conference Against
Racism in 2001 into a week-long condemna-
tion of Israel and Jews. The foundation, and
other international donors, see nothing wrong
with their continuing efforts.
