Scott Joseph Jurewicz will celebrate
his bar mitzvah

He is the son of
Risa and Dr. Jay
Levinson and
Walter Jurewicz
and brother of
Michael and Rob.
His proud grand-
mothers are Eleanor Jurewicz and
Rosa Levinson. He is also the grand-
child of the late Elaine and Stanley
Sollins and the late Walter J.
Jurewicz.
Attending Orchard Lake Middle
School in West Bloomfield, where
he is an honor student, Scott felt
especially good about the mitzvah
project he did involving building a
sukkah for JARC residents.

Steven Joseph Kanter, son of
Debbie and Alan Kanter and broth-

Southfield. His

Steven is an eighth-grader at

ects include volunteering at Shaarey
Zedek's Camp Betman, at Yad Ezra
food pantry in Berkley and helping
to gather silent auction items for the
Partners Ball, raising money for the
Karmanos Cancer Institute.
