Associates in Birmingham. He is the
author of several scientific papers
and a lecturer in the fields of cos-
metic and surgical dermatology. Dr.
Sandler is a diplomate of the
American Board of Dermatology,
specializing in Mohs skin cancer sur-
gery.

Dr. Laurence Baker, professor of
internal medicine at the University
of Michigan Medical School in Ann
Arbor, associate chief of the division
of hematology/oncology and deputy
director for clinical research at the
U-M Comprehensive Cancer Center,
will assume the post of chair of the
Southwest Oncology Group. Dr.
Baker's research interests include sar-
coma and new drug development.
