Fox Run Rolls Out the Red Carpet for its Premiere Celebration

Novi, MI—The spotlight was on Fox
Run this month as Oakland County's
new resort-style community hosted a
spectacular Premiere Celebration.
More than 500 guests walked the red
carpet to preview the fantastic 52,000
square foot Ascot Clubhouse. They
were treated to delicacies created by
Fox Run's own Chef de Cuisine Terry
Shuster, and enjoyed live musical
entertainment while touring the
Clubhouse and the three new, deco-
rated model floor plans.
Guests included the more than
60 pioneer community members (the
stars of the show), local dignitaries
and Erickson officials, plus more than
400 members of the Standby Priority
List—those waiting for an opportuni-
ty to reserve a new home at Fox Run.
I was honored to introduce a
moving video highlighting the pio-
neers' year leading up to this momen-
tous celebration. As the person lucky
enough to bring the new community
members' to this "smarter way to

live" in Oakland County, I was
delighted to take part in the Ribbon
Cutting ceremony officially opening
the doors of the community.
After seeing Fox Run firsthand,
many Standby guests were so
impressed, they tried to reserve their
apartment home on the spot! Such
incredible demand has resulted in
record-breaking reservation numbers
at Fox Run as word spreads about
this incomparable lifestyle of endless
opportunities, excellent services and

unmatched amenities.
The party never ends at Fox Run.
With more than 20,000 interested
people waiting to see the campus,
now is the time to investigate the last
opportunities to reserve one of the
few remaining apartment homes at
pre-opening prices.

friends and neighbors are making the
