Mr. Tobias is survived by his wife, Evelyne; daughters and son-in-law, Sherry Mitteldorf of Palm Beach Gardens, Fla., and Carole and John Nannes of Bethesda, Md.; grandchildren, Bunny (Elliot) Berman, Susan (Rob) Koch, Marji (Troy) Engle, Jennifer Nannes and Steven Nannes; great-grand- children, Mallory and Michael Berman, Morgan and Justin Koch, and Austin and Parker Engle. Mr. Tobias was the father-in-law of the late Marvin Mitteldorf. Interment was in Florida.
