It will be a four-person scramble, consisting of two Jewish and two Chaldean golfers. Registration and a continental breakfast start at 8 a.m. The shotgun start is 9 a.m. A cocktail hour will begin at 2 p.m. fol- lowed by a presentation by clergy; buffet lunch and awards will begin at 3 p.m. Cost is $25 for lunch only or $100 for golf and lunch. Hilary Isakow, dinner chair, said the Rosenthals will receive the State of Israel Declaration of Independence Award. Benjamin Netanyahu, Israel's finance minister, will be keynote speaker. Longtime Israel Bonds supporters, the Rosenthals co-chaired the Shaarey Zedek Israel Bonds Dinner honoring Lawrence Jackier in 1995. Marta is the granddaughter of the late Cantor Jacob Sonenklar of Congregation Shaarey Zedek, the first Shaarey Zedek Israel Bonds honoree in 1968. She is part of the synagogue's professional choir. She is Jewish Federation of Metropolitan Detroit campaign co-chair for 2003- 2005. She has been a national and local leader for National Council of Jewish Women.
