roily Rachel Rubin and
Jeffrey Aaron Gajda were
recently married at the Ritz-
Carlton in Dearborn. Rabbi
Alan Alpert of B'nai Israel in
Muskegon and Cantor Chaim
Najman of Congregation Shaarey
Zedek officiated.
The bride was escorted to the chup-
pah by her parents, Susan and Joel.
The groom was escorted by his par-
ents, Sydonia and Jim.
Maid of honor was the bride's sister
Stefanie Rubin. Bridesmaids were
Yonata Rubin, sister-in-law of the
bride; Annette Gajda, sister of the
groom; and LouAnn Miller.
The best man was Alan Borman.
Groomsmen were Mitch Rubin,
brother of the bride, Rob Sadoff,
Benji Auslander and Daniel Rush.
Emily and Jeff were honored to cel-
ebrate with their grandparents Sam
and Cecil Rubin, Ida and Joseph
Steuer and Joseph Gajda.
Following a honeymoon in Hawaii,
the couple reside in Royal Oak.

SCHWARTZ-GURSTEN

tacey Brooke Schwartz and
Steven Mark Gursten were
recently married at the
Townsend Hotel in
Birmingham. Rabbi Harold Loss and
cantorial soloist Neil Michaels of
Temple Israel officiated.
The bride was accompanied to the
chuppah by her parents, Dr. Louis and
Anita Schwartz of Commerce
Township. The groom was accompa-
nied by his parents, Lawrence and
Sharon Gursten of West Bloomfield.
Terri Trepeck, friend of the bride,
was matron of honor. Bridesmaids
included Robyn Seiferheld, sister of the
groom; Shari Levine, cousin of the
bride; and close friends Mindy
Blumberg, Alyse Cohen, Lisa Golnick,
Hilary Handler, Any Hertsberg and
Nancy Rich.

Lawrence Gursten was his son's best
man. Groomsmen included Kevin
Seiferheld, brother-in-law of the
groom; Glen Schwartz, brother of the
bride; and close friends Andrew Moers,
Robert Pierce and Daniel Rosenberg.

Stacey and Steven were honored to
have grandparents Mr. and Mrs.
Abraham Molotch and Mr. and Mrs.
James Lazear participate in the ceremo-
ny.
The couple honeymooned in New
Zealand and Australia and reside in
West Bloomfield.
