Jason Rosenbaum will
be called to the Torah
as a bar mitzvah on
Saturday, June 14, at
Congregation Beth
Ahm. Participating in
the ceremony will be
proud parents Robin
and Barry and sister Lindsay. Sharing in
the simchah will be excited grandparents
Gloria and Jack Frankfurt of
Wilmington, Del., and Gloria and
Marvin Ripps of New City, N.Y. He is
also the grandson of the late Sheldon
Rosenbaum.
Jason is an honor student at Hillel
Day School of Metropolitan Detroit in
Farmington Hills, where he is on the
junior varsity basketball team. His hob-
bies and interests include participating in
the North Farmington West Bloomfield
football league, hockey, golf and skiing.
His most meaningful mitzvah projects
were volunteering at JARC homes and -
at the Fleischman Residence in West
Bloomfield.

Torah as a bat mitzvah
on Saturday, June 14,
at Temple Beth El.
She and sister Erinn
are the daughters of
Cyndy and Daniel
Sandberg.
Grandparents are Marabel and Martin
Hackelman, Dr. Hershel Sandberg and
the late Lois Sandberg.
Lauren is an honor student at Walled
Lake Middle School. She enjoys dance,
art, snow-skiing, computers and spend-
ing summers at Camp Walden in
Cheboygan. She enjoyed her volunteer
experience this past year at Yad Ezra in
Berkley.

is the great-granddaughter of Lucia
