eddings are exhilarating and exciting. While interviewing
newlywed Amy Gottlieb at Caribou on Orchard Lake in
West Bloomfield last month and looking at her wedding
photos, I felt the excitement of the big day. Amy became
animated as she flipped through the proof book and shared the details
of the wedding and how she met Bryan. just as she was telling me how
wonderful he was, he surprised her and walked through the door to join
the discussion. Not only did I hear about the wonderful affair, I wit-
nessed the loving interaction between this couple.

A fascinating member of our community is Carole Kabrin. Kabrin is a
talented courtroom artist, who also creates beautiful landscapes and por-
