West Bloomfield School Board

An October wedding is planned at
Congregation Shaarey Zedek Southfield.

I am Nelson "Nick" Hersh and I am running in an elec-
tion for West Bloomfield School Board on Monday June 9,
2003.
In my orthodontic practice I have improved thousands of
kids smiles and have always put the best interest of each
child first. Not every child needy braces but every child
deserves and is entitled to the best education in a safe

whatever future they decide.
I have three daughters, Michelle, Jessica and Rebecca, and currently all are
in the public school system from 5th grade in elementary school to a sen-
ior in high school. They have all benefited from an excellent education in
West Bloomfield schools and I want to ensure that for each of your chil-
dren.
Education will always be a priority with me, having begun in early child-
hood, being the son of a teacher. In the past I have donated funds to West
Bloomfield and other schools and now I want to donate my time. I prom-
ise to do the best job I can and will always be accessible and approachable.
My experience with running a small business will help with fiscal respon-
sibility, problem solving, and teamwork involving staff, parents and the
kids. You deserve as taxpayers and citizens your fair dollars worth in edu-
cation.
I hope that you will remember to vote Monday June 9, 2003 and that you
will consider myself, Nelson (Nick) Hersh.
PS if you are in need of an absentee ballot look in your Laker Newsletter
or call the administration election office for an application. Thanks.
