friends. Her mitzvah projects included
working at Yad Ezra in Berkley, vol-
unteering for Cat Connection and
baking hamentashen for Temple Shir
Shalom's Purim carnival.

Bradley Robert
Malach, son of Suzi
and Steve Malach,
will become a bar
mitzvah Saturday,
June 7, at Temple
Israel. Sharing in the
simchah will be his
brothers Jeffrey and
Daniel and grandparents Cecil
Malach and Murray Sedley. He is also
the grandchild of the late Ruth
Malach and the late Evelyn Sedley.
Brad attends Orchard Lake Middle
School in West Bloomfield, where he
is on the basketball team. He plays
football and enjoys computers and
summers at Tamarack Camps. His
mitzvah project involved building a
sukkah for JARC residents.

Paul Joseph
Nirenberg will cele-
brate his bar mitzvah
when he is called to
the Torah Saturday,
June 7, at Temple
Israel. He is the son of
Pauline and Henry
Nirenberg. His sister
Sarah will share in the simchah.
A seventh-grade honor student at
Abbott Middle School in West
Bloomfield, Paul enjoys music and
athletics, playing travel hockey and
competitive golf as well as baseball in
the spring. Working at Yad Ezra in
Berkley was, he felt, a very rewarding
way to help others.

James Robinson cele-
brated his bar mitzvah
on Saturday, May 24,
at Temple Beth El.
His proud parents are
Lisa and Jonathan
Robinson. James is
