Her mitzvah projects include assisting her grandmother serve meals on wheels, working at Temple Kol Ami's SOS shelter program, being a madricha (aide) at the temple religious school and helping her father at the Yad Ezra food bank in Berkley and at the Capuchin Mazel Toy! She found it meaningful to donate her time helping at Temple Israel's Labor Day picnic as part of her mitzvah project. Bradley Alan Stone, son of Sheryl and Randy Stone, will cel- ebrate his bar mitzvah Saturday, May 17, at Temple Israel. His brother Brian and grandparents Madeline and Bernie Bockneck and Ileane Stone will share in the simchah. He is also the grandchild of the late Ted Stone. Brad plays on the basketball team at Walled Lake Middle School, where he is an honor student. Other activities he enjoys include hockey, football, golf, tennis and spending summers at Tamarack Camps. His most meaningful mitzvah project involved taking his dog to visit the elderly at a senior residence.
