annual meeting of members on Wednesday, June 18, 2003 at 5:30 p.m. at
the Lillian and Samuel Hechtman Jewish Apartments, 6700 West Maple
Road, West Bloomfield, Michigan for the purpose of electing members to

In accordance with the Bylaws other qualified persons may be
nominated for election by a petition signed by not less than fifty (50) mem-
bers of the corporation and filed with Marsha Goldsmith Kamin, Executive
Director, not less than ten (10) days prior to the date of the Annual Meeting.
Only one (1) person may be nominated by each such petition and no nom-
ination shall be valid unless the nominee shall have consented to such
nomination.
