Kelly, chief judge of the Wayne County

David Groner's formal swearing in
ceremony was conducted by three judges
— his wife, her father and her brother.
"He's not only my husband now,
he's also my 'brother,"' joked Judge
Amy Hathaway, referring to the fact
that fellow judges are called brothers.
"I think it's great; our governor is a
genius. He'll make a wonderful asset
to our bench."
