B'nai Moshe Offers
Hebrew Conversation
Congregation B'nai Moshe will offer
a 16-week beginner Hebrew conver-
sation class on Thursdays from noon
to 2 p.m., starting May 1.
The instructor will be community
educator Ahuva Newman. All are
welcome. Tuition is $320 plus $20
for textbook and study materials.
There are tuition discounts for mem-
bers of B'nai Moshe and for Jewish
educators and Jewish communal
agency staffers.
Students are welcome to bring
their own dairy or parve lunch. If
there is sufficient enrollment, this
class will run through the summer
and as a "Beyond Beginner" Hebrew
conversation class in the fall.

will go for student scholarships.
Sixteen Detroit students are enrolled
in one of JTS's five schools. An addi-
tional eight Detroiters are planning to
start this fall.
