MORRIS FIERBERG, 72, formerly of Detroit of Bethany Beach, Del., died April 17, 2003. He was a community and political leader, serving as district chairman of the McGovern political campaign and raising funds to help build the Birmingham Temple, where he served as a founding president. He developed the Nadons fashion stores before returning to school to pursue a career in counseling. Mr. Fierberg received a master of social work degree at age 50 and prac- ticed social work and family therapy in Detroit until retiring to Delaware in 1995. There he was active in the Senior Men's Softball League and the Rehobeth Beach Film Society. He is survived by his wife, Roslyn; sons and daughters-in-law, Steven of Los Angeles, Andrew and Guiliana Bruno of New York City, Douglas and Janine of Davidsonville, Md.; grandchildren, Audrey and Vivien.
