We Get Questions

OBITUARIES

Q:

As my father's disease has taken us
to his end, how do I explain the concept
of Hospice to my children?

A: Hospice is when we change the
focus from cure to comfort. Our goal
from that point on is to keep grandpa
as comfortable as he can be, for as long
as he has left to live.
