THE WAITPEOPLE AT Steve &
Rocky's on Grand River in Novi, are
discovering muscles they never knew
they had.
Comes from carrying those tapas-
style menu offerings being served on
heavy hand-cut slate imported from
India by owner-chefs Steve Allen and
Chuck "Rocky" Rachwitz.
The over-a-dozen changing
lunchtime food-fun goodies are for
folks in the lounge ... but I don't think
Steve or Rocky will refuse guys and
gals in the dining room.
Rock shrimp saute, tuna kimchi,
veggie platter, prosciutto-wrapped
shrimp, oysters Rockefeller, grilled ten-
derloin, smoked salmon and cream
cheese, etc.
Customers order from the Stones
Menu by marking a box with the
number of each item.
