David Louis Bleznak
will be called to the
Torah as a bar mitzvah
on Saturday, March 1,
at Congregation
Shaarey Zedek
Southfield.
Participating in the
ceremony with David
will be his parents,
Michele and Mitchell
Bleznak, brother
Adam and sister Julia. Proud grandpar-
ents are Phyllis and Richard Bleznak and
Gloria and Walter White.
David is an honor student at
Cranbrook Middle School in Bloomfield
Hills, where he plays soccer, lacrosse and
trumpet and competes with the robotics
team. He also enjoys skiing, golf, wake-
boarding and spending time in the sum-
mer with friends at Camp Tanuga in
Kalkaska. David has been involved in
many mitzvah projects, most meaningful
was assisting the disabled during the
West Bloomfield Fame Games.
Joshua Marc
Forman, son of
Miriam and Dr.
Jeffrey Forman, will
read from the Torah
on the occasion of his
bar mitzvah on
Saturday, March 1, at
Temple Israel. He is
the brother of Tara
and Adam. His
proud grandparents are Florence and
Gerald David and Eileen and Jerome
Forman.
An honor student at Orchard Lake
Middle School in West Bloomfield,
Joshua enjoys football, in-line skating,
music and attending Camp Tamakwa
in Canada. At the 'Weisberg Cancer
Center in Farmington Hills, he assist-
ed at a patient education seminar as
part of his mitzvah projects.

a bat mitzvah on
Saturday, March 1, at
Congregation Beth
Shalom. She is the
daughter of Stephanie
and Ed Eisenberg and
Thomas Hornfield,
