ernice Shames Gach and
Richard Carl Gach celebrated
their 50th wedding anniver-
sary on Feb. 1 at a party
given by their daughter, Karen Waldrop,
and sons and daughters-in-law, Steven
and Vickie Brett Gach, Lawrence and
Barbara Schneider Gach. Their grand-
children, Amber Waldrop, Sam and
Emily Gach, Gabriel and Alexis Gach,
were also happy participants. After the
ceremony, the Gaches went by limousine
to the Dearborn Inn, where they enjoyed
a night in the same cottage where they
spent their wedding night. The family
will continue the celebration in Puerto
Vallarta during the February school break.
