I just starred in Neil Simon's play, "Laughter on the 23"' Floor," I've played just about every girls' team sport the Academy offers, and I'm crazy about my painting class. I came to JAMD as a HY" grader from Bais Yakov. I was impressed that at the Academy, students from different Jewish backgrounds mix so easily. I love the fact that I can enter any congre- gation in Metro Detroit and find someone I know. Because JAMD is a place of serious study, I've really been able to develop my beliefs and broaden my horizons. I've applied the ideas I learn in my Judaic courses to my general studies and to other areas of my life. After I graduate, I hope to study at a girls' seminary in Israel and then go to college and medical school. My diverse experiences at JAMD make all these goals possible. 4 Terrorism Focus Of AJC Program The American Jewish Committee, Metropolitan Detroit Chapter, will host AJC's director of the division on Middle East and international terrorism, Yehudit Barsky, at 8:30 a.m. Thursday, Feb .. 13, at the Max M.
