Scott received his bachelor's degree
in history from the University of
Delaware in Newark. He earned a
master's degree in public administra-
tion from C.W. Post University in
Brookville, N.Y. He operates a family
business on Long Island.
Jayme and Scott are planning a
March wedding in New York City.
