Before speaking on the topic "Take Charge of Your Health," Brody acknowledged the wonderful work of the Weizmann Institute. `As a Jew and a journalist I am proud to be celebrating the scientists of the Weizmann Institute," said Brody. Brody gave a common sense approach to healthy living — exercise, eat healthy and take advantage of early detection tests. Develop an eating and exercise program that you can manage because there is no quick fix or a magi- cal diet. She actually tout- ed Weight Watchers as the most effective diet plan around.
