Park acts as inashgiach (supervisor of
kashrut) for Dexter-Davison Kosher
Meats in Oak Park, owned by Sherry
Gilman. She is the only female kosher
butcher in the United States, accord-
ing to Rabbi Nelson.
Theprogram, put on by Rabbi
Yerachmiel Rabin, Danto chaplain, is
one of series of continuing learning
programs created for the residents of
Danto.
