A fully equipped ambulance was given to the people of Israel in loving memory
of Detroiter Hy - Freedland by his wife, Gloria, and daugh. ters, Karen and
Sheryl. The ARMDI Maimonides Award was presented to the Freedlands for
their generosity by Libby Newman, public relations chair of the D7:, John J.
Mames Chapter-Michigan Region, American Red Magen David for Israel.
