The Fifth Third Advantage Annuity is a flexible premium tax deferred annuity issued by AIG Annuity Insurance Company. Your interest earnings are taxable when withdrawn. Withdrawals prior to
age 5972 may incur a 10% federal tax penalty. Withdrawal charges may apply. Each premium is subject to a five-year withdrawal charge schedule (7%, 6%, 5%, 4%, 2%) from the date of receipt.
