The workshop will show how olive oil is made. Olives will be pitted, squeezed in a hand press, strained and spun in a centrifuge. All participants will get a sample of oil to take home. B'nai Moshe Slates Chanukah Learning Bible scholar Eric Grossman will offer a Chanukah-themed study session, "Theology in 3-D: The Magic, Mystery, and Menorah of the Ancient Temple," 7:30-9 p.m. Monday, Dec. 2, at Congregation B'nai Moshe.
