New 3N

In an effort to better serve all of
our constituencies, the Jewish
News will begin limiting the
number of publicity notices it
will publish in advance of any
community-wide event.
Beginning with the Dec. 6
issue, we generally will publish
up to two press releases and a
calendar notice for community-
wide dinners and other major
communal functions. One press
release could focus on the hon-
orees; the second, on the speaker
and entertainment.
Be thorough but also concise
with your submissions. All sub-
missions are subject to editing
and space limitations. Please
refrain from submitting post-
event releases that offer no sub-
stantial new information.
Deadline for any issue is 3
p.m. Wednesday, nine days prior
to the requested publication
date.
