JULIUS KINGSTON, 94, of

Farmington Hills, died Nov. 15,
2002. He arrived in the United States
from Warsaw,
Poland, at age 15,
settling in Detroit.
He created a success-
ful dry cleaning and
laundry business. He
also had a strong
interest in politics
and fought for labor
unions. Mr.
Julius
Kingston was an
Kingston
avid reader and had
a love for classical
music and dancing.
For 20 years, he and his wife lived in
Ft. Lauderdale, Fla.; for the last 12
years, they returned to live in the
metro Detroit area.
He is survived by his beloved wife,
Ida; sons and daughters-in-law,
Ronald and Lenore Kingston of
Farmington Hills, William and
Arlene Kingston of West Bloomfield;
daughter and son-in-law, Luci
