Jill will make it a "remember when"
affair by also staying at the home of
Marie Beitner, one of her oldest
friends ... Both attended Birney Junior
High in Southfield together.
The daughter of Rose Sugerman,
now living in Las Vegas ... and
Seymour Lublin of Southfield ... Jill
will have signing sessions at Border's
bookstore on Baldwin in Auburn Hills
1 p.m. Friday, Nov. 29 ... and at
Border's on Woodward in Birmingham
noon Saturday, Nov. 30.

my attention ... Her grandfather, Rabbi

newspapers, Jewish historian Irwin
Cohen recalls seeing an advertisement
for the Carmel Kosher Restaurant ...
under the supervision in the 1920s of
