The Jewish Federation of Metropolitan Detroit's new Russian Division is planning an evening of latkes, vodka and good times 5-8 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 1, at the Jewish Community Center in West - Bloomfield. Dinner will be followed by entertainment by keyboard musi- cian Ben Opengeym. Although the party is a non-solicita- tion event, there will be a brief annual campaign message.
